African Studies Flag Cupcakes

These are my African Studies Flag Cupcakes that I created for my class African Studies class at the end of the semester. I made Mocha (chocolate mixed with actual coffee) cupcakes with a whipped frosting, it was first attempt at a coffee flavor and they turned out great. I chose to do a coffee flavor because the origins of coffee is in Ethiopia!  I had a lot of fun doing these.
